Innovator's Constitutional
Excepts

The name of this organization shall be The Innovators, a
nonprofit alliance and shall be known as The Innovators.

The colors of this organization shall be Denim.
-
The emblem of this organization shall be: a diamond
shape plate with a light bulb and picture of an RV in the center. Included
is a verbal inscription that reads The Innovators, the name of the
organization, and the date of establishment as March 22, 2002.

To promote good wholesome fellowship, fun and recreation.

To unite as one and to share camping experiences.

To enhance the family oriented aspect of love, respect, and friendship.

Membership shall be of any race, creed, color, sex,
religion, or national origin with a maximum of (25) members.
Membership to the club shall be by unanimous vote current members.

The individual or family shall pay dues and assessments
as stated in the Bylaws.

Membership is constituted by the paying of dues and
assessments, as stated in the Bylaws.

The President shall be the
Chief Executive Officer of the organization. He/she shall appoint all
persons and committees not otherwise provided for in the Constitution
and Bylaws; he/she shall act for the organization; he/she shall preside
at all meetings; he/she shall, together with the Treasurer, sign all
checks for payment against the Treasury, he/she shall carry out all
duties usually performed by the Office of the President.

The fiscal year of the organization shall commence on January 1
and end on December 31st of that year.

There shall be an assessment upon each individual family
desiring membership in the organization for annual dues of $100.00
dollars.

The dues shall be paid by January 1 of each year. Funds are to be
used for operating expenses and awards.

All funds and fees from all resources shall be paid to the
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall contact delinquent members immediately
after January 1, notifying them of their tardiness, with a subsequent
deadline of March 31st.
